• All students must treat instructors with the utmost respect at all times.
• Students are not to arrive earlier than 10 minutes before class begins, and not to enter
_ the studio until it is their time to dance. Please do not disrupt classes in progress.
• Parents are not allowed to observe class unless arranged with a teacher in advance, _
_ however we will have a parent watch week. A waiting area is provided if you must wait.
_ Most parents prefer to run errands during class time.
• Proper dance attire and proper dance shoes must be worn to class.
• Hair must be pulled back, off neck, and away from face.
• Write your child’s name in all dance shoes and on the inside of their dance bag.
• All students must wear some type of cover-up when coming to and from the studio.
• Dance shoes should be worn ONLY in dance class and NOT in the street.
• Chewing gum, candy, or refreshments of any kind are not permitted in the studio areas.
• Keep your studio clean by throwing away your trash.
• No running or loud talking is permitted in the studio at any time.
• It is the teacher’s option to remove any student in the classroom who refuses to follow
_ these rules.
• Parents please check your child’s dance bag every week for important newsletters. They
_ are distributed to all students during class to keep parents informed of studio events and
_ updates.
• Please make every effort to abide by these policies to make your studio run more _
_ efficiently and effectively.

BAD WEATHER
We operate on the Lincoln County School System schedule, when schools are closed for
snow, classes will not meet. If you are in doubt, please check the website.

VISITORS
If our instructors feel a need for you to observe your child, we will approach you privately.
We invite you to visit our classes and are always willing to discuss your child’s progress at
anytime, however, an appointment is necessary.

CHILD PICK-UP
In order for each class to be kept on schedule, it is imperative that you are prompt in
picking up your child. Instructors are unable to provide supervision once their class has
ended. Please let your child’s instructor know if someone else is picking up your child from
dance class.
